These days, I’m doing my best to keep my immune system in good shape with healthy eating and drinking. If you’ve been following me for a while now, you’ll know that I see food as medicine. I believe that the better you nourish yourself (and this includes relaxation and good vibes), the stronger your resistance is/will be. This is why I continue to share Powerfood recipes. I started drinking this powerdrink this past week. It might not be the most delicious recipe I’ve ever created, but hey! Good health = real wealth. Just drink it… Especially in this crazy time.
